Isaac D. Castillo
Senior Advisor for Learning & Evaluation at KABOOM!
Isaac D. Castillo is a respected non-profit performance and evaluation expert with over 25 years of experience. He is the Senior Advisor for Learning and Evaluation at KABOOM!, where he leads a team that studies data and evaluates how well programs are working to improve the lives of children, youth, and families. During his career, Isaac has worked with more than 300 organizations, including non-profits, government agencies, and foundations. He helps them create and use strategies to measure success and improve their programs. His work has been shared in major publications like the Wall Street Journal and the Chronicle of Philanthropy. Isaac also wrote a chapter called "First Do No Harm...Then Do More Good" in the book "Leap of Reason." Isaac serves as the President of the Eastern Evaluation Research Society, where he continues to help organizations make a lasting impact in their communities.
Claire Worshtil
Capital Budget Manager for Prince George Maryland County Department of Parks and Recreation
Claire Worshtil serves as a coordinator for the Capital Improvement Program and manages the Parks Department's asset management and facility planning portfolio. In this role, she helps plan and organize large projects to improve parks and manages how the department maintains buildings and facilities. Before this, she worked as a Lead Strategic Park Planner, studying project ideas, working with experts, and helping create plans to guide the department's work. Claire is dedicated to making communities better through thoughtful planning and creative ideas. She uses her knowledge of policies to help turn plans into real places where people can enjoy nature and have fun.
